Govee has introduced two new ceiling lights at CES 2026, expanding its range of lighting products designed for home use. These new offerings, named the Sky Ceiling Light and the Ceiling Light Ultra, focus on enhancing indoor environments.

The Sky Ceiling Light aims to simulate natural daylight, providing the illusion of an outdoor view. Govee suggests that this product could be particularly beneficial for spaces without windows. The light features what the company describes as “refined white-light performance,” which is intended to create a calming atmosphere. It can adjust its color temperature from 2,700K to 6,500K, reaching a maximum brightness of 5,200 lumens when set to 6,500K. At this time, Govee has not released information regarding pricing or availability.

The Ceiling Light Ultra is characterized as the first ceiling light that functions as a “true creative canvas.” It features 616 RGB LEDs that can be individually controlled, which Govee claims gives it one of the highest LED densities in its category. This model can display over 20 pre-set lighting effects, as well as custom designs created by users. The design offers a larger, more capable lighting option reminiscent of smaller screens on devices like the original HomePod. The Govee app includes a feature called AI Lighting Bot 2.0, which allows users to generate lighting arrangements based on text prompts. Details on pricing and availability for the Ceiling Light Ultra have also not been specified.

Govee’s announcements signal a new direction for smart home lighting, with an emphasis on customization and user interaction. As responses to these products develop, users will be able to explore the possibilities for enhancing their home environments with these innovative lighting solutions.
