Method
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Brown ground beef in skillet, breaking into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Cook pasta 2 minutes less than package time. Drain.
- Stir beef and marinara into pasta. Layer half in 9x13 dish, top with half the mozzarella, add remaining pasta, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered 20 minutes until cheese is golden and edges bubble.
