Method
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high 30 to 45 seconds until smooth.
- If too thick, add 2 tablespoons milk. If too thin, add 2 tablespoons oats.
- Heat nonstick pan on medium with butter or oil. Pour 4-inch rounds. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook 90 seconds more until golden brown.
