Method
- In jar or bowl, combine milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Whisk to dissolve.
- Add chia seeds and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes. Stir thoroughly, scraping bottom and sides.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes more. Stir again.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. Top with desired toppings before serving.
