Cook sausage or bacon in skillet until fully cooked. Drain. Chop bacon if using.
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, pepper. Scramble in same pan with 2 tablespoons remaining fat. Pull off heat while still slightly wet.
Lay tortilla flat. Add egg, meat, cheese, beans, and drained salsa. Fold sides in, roll tightly from bottom.
Wrap each burrito tightly in foil. Place all 12 in gallon freezer bag. Press out air and freeze.
Microwave: remove foil, wrap in damp paper towel, 60 seconds, flip, 30 to 60 more seconds. Oven: 350 degrees with foil for 25 minutes from frozen.
