Method
- Heat oven to 425 degrees with sheet pan inside for 5 minutes.
- Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and thyme. Spread on hot pan. Roast 12 minutes.
- Pull pan out. Add seasoned asparagus and salmon fillets. Top salmon with lemon slices. Roast 12 to 14 minutes.
- Melt butter with garlic and lemon juice.
- Drizzle lemon-garlic butter over everything. Serve immediately.
