  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese or topping
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Prepare the rice, pasta, or potatoes and set out four containers or bowls.
  2. Cook the protein with salt, garlic powder, and paprika until fully done.
  3. Stir in vegetables and sauce, then heat until warm and coated.
  4. Divide the base, protein, vegetables, and topping into four servings.
  5. Cool leftovers for 10 minutes, then cover and refrigerate for up to four days.
